Perfect and exceptionally nice location for visiting cafés and pubs walk from the hotel. It was a perfect area close to a tube station. The staff was attentive, everything was perfect.

We had a great one-night stay at this place. the hotel was nice and the staff were super friendly. We had a lovely time here and the staff was welcoming, always pleasant, and quick to help with anything we needed 😊.

The proximity to Hyde Park is great and you can take the bus to Oxford Street and further downtown. The tube is not always necessary and we liked the ambience in the hotel.

Good location, direct underground connection (Central Line, now runs all night on weekends), Europecar station next door, a few minutes walk to Paddington Station (Heathrow Express)

The bedroom was very dated. Lights not working in bathroom. No water pressure in shower, which was also broken. Ceiling in bedroom was from the 70's with polystyrene squares.

The staff were welcoming, and the room was nice with 3 single beds. It was nice to have an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk. This location was brilliant, adjacent to the Swan pub which was really nice for breakfast & drinks, ideal-tube, and the center.

The staff was very friendly, the room was already ready for occupancy at 10.00 a.m.; WLAN reception faultless!

Very nice building, reception hall and breakfast area are very elegant. Very, very large selection at the breakfast buffet - (e.g. also fried egg, fried noodles, rice and a curry sauce, fried mushrooms - very tasty - etc.). Bath mat for the bathtub so that you don't slip when showering. The rooms had everything you need (standard double rooms), but in some places there were slight "signs of wear", but beds were very comfortable - we slept well.

Windows are locked and can`t be opened because of air conditioning (you can ask the staff to open the windows).

Great location near a beautiful park🌳. Checking in was a breeze, and the rooms are modern with nice little extras like extra milk and drinks. good ventilation in the rooms for a comfortable stay.

Heating in the room did not work the first night at all, after consultation at the reception and central restart during the day it was nice and warm, in the evening it could not be started again. So we froze through two nights with a leaking window.
